Notification system

Until today, the notification system could send emails to registred users only. Now it is possible to add extra email addresses in the notification form. The link to download the file had been simplified with a token in the URL which makes the file available for 24 hours by default.
In other words : you can know upload a file and send a secure link to a non registered user.
