The login icon

Strangly enough, as long as you are not logged in, you may not be able to upload anything to your private space. Just click on this icon, provide appropriate user name/password and enjoy.

The logout icon

When you are finished with uploading files and sending notifications, you may wish to quit the system by logging out. This will prevent other users in public areas to use your account or modify your profile.

The Home icon (your private space)

This icon brings you back home, in your personal private space.

The Preferences icon (your profile)

This icon will give you access to your personal information. Most of the time you will need to change your password or email address. After having accessed your preferences in view mode, click on the Edit icon to modify the fields.

The New icon

Every time you need to upload a file to your private space or to a collaborative workspace, click on the New icon. Then select the appropriate type (File by default).
